11 May Asseco e-signature will facilitate digitalization of the HR sector
Asseco Data Systems has started cooperation with Unit4. The qualified electronic signature has been integrated with the TETA platform, which provides support for the company’s HR processes. The e-signature will eliminate the need for printing and manual signing of employee documents and will facilitate the work of HR departments in conditions of remote work. This is the first such comprehensive HR solution on the Polish market.
Despite the unusual situation that most employers around the world find themselves in, the processes carried out by the HR departments must maintain continuity. Some of them, such as leave requests have already been handled electronically. However, documents such as employment contracts or certificates of employment were printed and signed manually. In the current mode of operation, this is a major difficulty. The only solution that replaces a handwritten signature on a paper document in a legally binding manner is a qualified electronic signature. Using the e-signature, employers will be able to carry out all HR processes electronically, which is a great convenience for both parties.
“Digitization works very well in HR. The companies that have already invested in it have an advantage in times of remote work. Electronic employee files facilitate many HR
processes. Integration of TETA platform with SimplySign e-signature allows for the creation of a fully digital circulation of HR documents, both in terms of the implementation of current activities as well as the archiving of employee documents. Until now, there has never been such a comprehensive solution on the market” – said Katarzyna Jaśniewicz, Teta Product Manager at Unit4.
Teta platform enables generation of HR documents and maintenance of the so-called employee files in electronic form. Until now, documents have been re-digitized by scanning signed paper documents. Thanks to the integration with SimplySign e-signature, printing and manual signing of documents is no longer necessary.
“SimplySign created by Asseco is a qualified cloud-based e-signature, which means it functions in the form of a mobile application. You do not need a desktop computer or any additional devices to sign the document electronically, as this can be done on any device with Internet access – such as a smartphone. This is a big revolution in HR processes” – said Artur Miękina, Project Sales Director at Asseco Data Systems. The legal requirement for issuing an electronic signature certificate is identity verification. Companies wishing to implement the e-signature in their company will independently create Business Identity Authentication Points. This will streamline the process of issuing an e-signature to employees and eliminate the need to verify their identity by people from outside the organization.
