16 Oct Asseco will implement e-services for entrepreneurs in 5 Polish cities
Asseco Data Systems has been selected as a contractor for the project “Digital City Services for Entrepreneurs” (CUMP – Cyfrowe Usługi Miast dla Przedsiębiorców). The project is implemented with the funds of the European Union and consists in the implementation of IT systems in local governments that will facilitate the conduct of business activity in a given area.
The main objective of the CUMP project is to increase the efficiency of local governments in the management of services important for entrepreneurs – in the area of local taxes and fees, as well as real estate management. Asseco will be responsible for the implementation of integrated IT solutions along with the necessary infrastructure. This will enable the launch in the cities of the e-services system for entrepreneurs and will facilitate the implementation of all the ongoing activities of local governments.
“Services for entrepreneurs will be improved by a number of IT solutions: implementation of standardized tax platforms, automation of settlements, process management, management solutions within the area of customer satisfaction, solutions improving access to information. A number of training courses will also improve the skills of officials” – says xxx from Asseco Data Systems.
The project “Digital City Services for Entrepreneurs” will be implemented in Zabrze, Piła, Skierniewice, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki and Piaseczno. It is implemented from the funds of the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge, Education and Development 2014-2020, Axis II “Effective public policy for the labor market, economy and education”. The leader of the Partnership implementing the project is the Association of Local-Government Treasurers of Warmia and Mazury (Stowarzyszenie Skarbników Samorządowych Warmii i Mazur).
