The platform eduPortal for higher education institutions is a complex tool supporting the operation of higher education institutions, allowing for worker, student and department management, and the broadly understood didactics process.

 University Management

The eduPortal platform for scholars let you manage: majors, curricula, payments, timetables of classes, courses of studies, including: grades, attendance of Students, scholarships, diploma theses, staff and students, recruitment in selected fields of study.

 

Training paths

  • The eduPortal platform allows you to build advanced curricula consisting of traditional training, electronic training, assisting materials, own work.
  • Tool for Creating courses/lessons
  • Through the interface in a Web browser, you can compose courses/lessons from available digital content, and then make it available in SCORM format.

 

Electronic gradebook

Managing platform users, their privileges and the ability to configure the platform in terms of defining independent organizations or enabling/disabling the language versions available.

 

Exams and surveys

  • Creating and sharing with users exams and surveys using the WYSIWYG editor,
  • Support of questions like: single choice, multiple choice, selection of prints, number, select from a list, scale,
  • Determining the principles of selecting questions, ability to draw, choice of the number of questions in a given category, determining the classification rules of questions
  • Determining the threshold of passing an exam, number of approaches, availability deadline of the exam or survey
  • Import and export of exams and surveys with an Excel spreadsheet.

 

Certificates

The eduPortal platform enables to create and archive certificates. Through a Web browser we can verify the authenticity of the certificate.

Thanks to this, it is possible to: import of any training providers, self-creation of electronic training using so-called Authoring (Articulate, Adobe Captivate), verification of work with training, time spent with a lesson, points obtained, point of training completion, etc.
