Description of the Area

We develop and implement software supporting the operation of local government bodies, the so-called Central Municipal System, consisting of the Integrated System for Municipal and Communal Management, Education Management Platform and a System dedicated for Communal Enterprises. We also offer proprietary solutions such as the process of submission and selection of proposals for the participatory budget and for determining of voting results, as well as solutions intended for the creation of subject parties of the Public Information Bulletin and for publishing information via the Internet. With our software, we also support the process of preparation and submission of requests for funding of projects from EU and national funds, their formal and substantial assessment, as well as granting the financing and signing of an appropriate agreement.

Main solutions for public administration:

The system for local government institutions – it is an Integrated System for Municipal and Communal Management, consisting of the following IT systems:

  • Social systems – IT solutions supporting the following: alimony fund, rent allowances, energy allowances, family benefits, together with support related to the granting of social scholarships.
  • Tax systems – IT solutions handling taxes and local fees (property tax, agricultural and forestry tax, tax on means of transport, tax on handling impurities), i.e. supporting work involving controlling the state of liabilities and receivables from individual benefits.
  • Records systems – IT solutions supporting works involving comprehensive management and recording of citizen data (register of the population – citizens and foreigners living in the commune).
  • Financial systems – IT solutions supporting the commune’s financial management (budget planning, financial plan for the forthcoming year, planning of expenses, record keeping of accounting in accordance with the Accounting Act).
  • HR systems – IT solutions supporting work involving human resources management (recruitment, periodic assessment, individual training and mentoring program).
  • Bi systems – implementations of analytical tools based on Microsoft and Oracle solutions.

The system for educational institutions – it is the Education Management Platform, a system for management of educational institutions, consisting of the following modules:

  • Recruitment (for nurseries, kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, secondary schools) – the system provides recruiting mode for nurseries, kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, secondary schools (a module for institutions and conducting authority, a module for parents).
  • Education Management Platform – a system for managing educational processes in local government units, which covers all the communal structures associated with education. It consists of the following modules: Organizational sheet, Analysis of the Obligation of Education, Book of Substitutions, Class Timetable, Organization of External Exams, Student management System, Electronic School Register and Parent-Teacher Conference 24.

A system for communal enterprises (heating and waterworks) – it is a system for managing a communal enterprise, consisting of the following modules:

  • KOM-Media – a system for performing billing sales, preparation and printing of agreements with recipients, recording of data and settlement parameters.
  • E-BOK Online Customer Service Office – a system allowing for the start up of an online communications channel between a communal enterprise and the recipient, which streamlines the customer service process. It provides information about invoices and payments, agreements, collection points and readings, affairs and requests submitted by the client and many more.
  • Kom-Bok – a system supporting the flow of information and documents, which allows for continuous monitoring of the quality level of the provided services. It allows for keeping records of counterparties, handling documents, in particular cos invoices, and invoicing of sales of services.
  • Kom-Inkaso PRO – a reading system, allowing for collection and storage of readings both via radio, as well as traditionally – via operator’s entry. This system co-operates closely with Kom-Media in terms of the processes of acquisition of readings, invoicing and recording of cash payments. Thanks to on-line operation, this data can be immediately added to the billing system in the enterprise headquarters.
  • KOM-NET – a system allowing for i.a. planning and settlement of renovations and investments (Kom-Net module for planning and settlement of renovations and investments), network management (Kom-Net module for network management), water meter management (Kom-Net module for water meters), linking data on network elements with a numerical map (Kom-Net GIS module).
  • ERP system for communal enterprises – a system supporting MRPII/ERP class enterprise management. It includes full ERP functionality and advanced solutions for management of financial, personnel, production, sales and logistics management. Individual functional areas of the system are connected in process terms, in accordance with logics and business practice. That is why they faithfully represent and streamline the realization of business processes of the enterprise.

Other systems for local government institutions:

  • UniGmina GIS – a system supporting the operation of the institution in terms of spatial information management, it facilitates the conduct of the spatial planning policy in a commune.

 

  • ZET.GENERATOR – a system supporting the process of preparation and submission of requests for funding of projects from EU and national funds, their formal and substantial assessment, as well as granting the financing and signing of an appropriate agreement.

 

  • ZET.BIP – a system for publishing public information; this tool allows for the creation of subject parties of the Public Information Bulletin and for publishing information via the Internet, it is dedicated for public administration institutions and others bound by the act on access to public information.

 

  • ZET.WIBO – a system supporting the process of submission and selection of proposals for the participatory budget and determination of the voting results. The solution is dedicated for public administration institutions and any organizations that carry out the process of collection of proposals of tasks and the process of decision making regarding their selection through voting in their operation.

 

  • ZET.PORTAL – a CMS ( Content Management System) class system, allowing for the creation of websites and management of content publication by the non-technical office staff. It is also a platform, on the basis of which it is possible to develop dedicated web applications, adapted to individual and specific expectations of the client.
