Employee Document Repository is a system that allows you to transform existing, paper archives of employee files to electronic form. Thanks to this it is possible to manage them through a simple web browser with safety. The system consists of two modules: Document importer and graphic interface.
Any changes made to employee documents in the electronic version must be reproduced in the physical archive. The change from the level of the application is documented by a system-generated e-mail message addressed to the team that supports the data archive.

The system allows you to manage employee documents in an orderly and transparent manner. In the case of changes in the employee file, i.e. changing the order of the documents or replacement of a document results in generating an e-mail to the management team of the paper document archive of the relevant content.
Access to the repository is possible using virtually any device with a web browser. It is possible to manage and preview them.
Compatible with the law
The system fully reflects the manner of storing employee documents described in the Journal of Laws 1996.62.286 (division into section A, B and C).
