The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System is designed for companies which, under the Act on the Prevention of Money Laundering are required to transmit to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF) reports of suspicious financial transactions. What transactions should be reported to GIIF? All the ones that exceeds the amount determined by the Legislator and those for which it is presumed that the funds derived from illegal or undisclosed sources.
AML is a system of reporting to the GIIF, which allows to register financial operations and after verification by an authorized person to send data to the reviewing body. The system has a built-in feature for editing positions already added to the registry, and the basic feature – the ability to prepare reports in XML format, which is required by the GIIF.
