Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing:
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
sending commercial information, including marketing regarding products and services using electronic communication means (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in connection with Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law);
undertaking public relations (PR) activities and sending commercial information, including marketing in forms other than electronically (based on the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is building relationships and promoting products and services – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Data Recipients:
Your data may be disclosed to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller to support its ongoing business operations (subcontractors, suppliers, including external system providers). Such entities process data under a contract with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
Transfer Outside the European Economic Area (EEA):
Due to the IT infrastructure and telecommunication services used by the Controller, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. Such transfers may be based on a legal mechanism (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision by the European Commission – e.g., the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Data Retention Period:
Data will be stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose, and in any case, no longer than until consent is withdrawn or an objection to further processing is submitted. Data is subject to periodic reviews regarding the relevance of the processing purpose.
Rights Related to Data Processing:
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:
- the right to access and rectify your personal data;
- the right to erasure of data under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR;
- the right to restrict processing under the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR;
- the right to data portability under the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR;
- the right to object under the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR;
- the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal – if your data is processed based on consent.
If you have concerns about the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive current information about the Controller’s offerings.

We inform you that no decisions significantly affecting your situation are made in an automated manner, including based on profiling.
