Asseco Data Systems implements eBOK and mBOK for Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna

Asseco Data Systems has completed a project for Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna (SEC), part of the E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions Polska Group, delivering and implementing an electronic Customer Service Office (eBOK) and a mobile application (mBOK). Thanks to full digitalisation, SEC’s customers now have round-the-clock access to selected data from the billing system and to a range of online services.

Szczecińska Energetyka Cieplna (SEC), a member of the E.ON Group (Energy Infrastructure Solutions Poland), is the largest distributor of district heating in the West Pomerania region. The company supplies district heating to households, businesses and public institutions. Responding to the evolving needs of its customers, SEC decided to enhance and improve its customer service processes by introducing the new eBOK and mBOK systems offered by Asseco Data Systems.
