August 27, 2025

Asseco Data Systems has implemented the modern LEO 4 platform in a SaaS model for the Polish branch of Daimler Truck Financial Services Sp. z o.o. The next stages of the project will include rollouts in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It is the largest and most forward-looking contract in the history of Asseco Data Systems’ leasing team.
Daimler Truck Financial Services Sp. z o.o. offers flexible financial solutions for customers of Daimler Truck and Daimler Buses, including operating leases, leases with a guaranteed buyout, and loans. In cooperation with the dealer network, customers gain access to integrated financial and servicing solutions all in one place. The company focuses on financing commercial vehicles and forms an integral part of the Daimler Truck AG group. Daimler Truck Financial Services employs around 1,900 people and operates in 19 markets worldwide.
“We placed our trust in Asseco Data Systems and their solution because we believe it fully meets our needs. We aim to grow dynamically in the Polish, Slovak and Czech markets by introducing new products and offering flexible financial services to customers interested in commercial vehicles. That’s why we need modern tools that can meet both our requirements and the expectations of our customers,” - says Magdalena Konarska, Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Daimler Truck Financial Services.
“We are delighted that Poland is the first market where the new system has been implemented. The rollout will next cover Slovakia and the Czech Republic. This groundbreaking project not only strengthens our position as a trusted technology partner but also marks the beginning of a new stage in our development,” - adds Paweł Barchwic, Vice-President of Asseco Data Systems.
LEO 4 – A Platform Designed for Maximum Flexibility
The LEO 4 system was developed with adaptability in mind. It is fully open to integration with other platforms and solutions, allowing for rapid and effective adjustment to client-specific needs and local market requirements. This technological openness enables the creation of an integrated ecosystem that supports all aspects of leasing operations – from customer service and operational processes to advanced analytics.
As part of the DTFS implementation, three modules will be deployed:
- LEO Sales: Enables quick and intuitive creation of tailored leasing offers in real time. Thanks to advanced algorithms and process automation, customers can receive a personalised proposal within minutes.
- LEO Contract Management System (CMS): Manages the entire leasing contract lifecycle, from signing to completion. It ensures full transparency, automated service processes, and remote management of documentation and payments. Customers also gain access to a dedicated portal where they can check their contract status, payment schedule, or submit service requests.
- LEO General Ledger: Ensures accurate and transparent financial settlements. Fully integrated with CMS and other modules, it guarantees compliance with local accounting standards and regulations across all three implementation countries — ensuring security and precision in financial operations.
Enhanced Experience for Customers and Teams
The LEO 4 system significantly improves the comfort and efficiency of cooperation. Everything – from offer calculations to contract management – is available in one place, at any time. Customers gain full control over their finances and leasing contracts, while the automation of service processes reduces response times for enquiries and service requests to a minimum.
The customer service team benefits from advanced analytical tools and an intuitive management system, enabling them to focus on building strong, long-term client relationships.
